How should I pack my item for the buyer?
We recommend you do the following to help prevent damage to your item during shipping:
- Send small items in a padded envelope
- For larger items, pack in a box and protect the item using bubble wrap or foam. Also check the item is packed tight to ensure no room for movement during shipping.
- Ensure your package is sealed correctly using packing tape.
- Label your package properly using a sticker or a thick permanent pen. We also suggest including a note in your package stating the AidArena auction number and who the item is from.
