Visit our charities page - you’ll then see a list of all Charities listed with AidArena. If you’re unable to see your charity when searching, this means there are currently no items listed for your charity. Alternatively, you can also visit our charity search page.

All payments on the AidArena website are processed using PayPal. PayPal offer a secure way to pay for items online using your credit card or bank account. They also use encryption technology to ensure your card/account details are safe and can’t be viewed by third parties. Further information is available at paypal.com.au

Unfortunately bidders are unable to cancel a bid once it has been made - each bid you place on an auction binds you. If you win an auction, you are obliged to pay for the item.

If the item you received is faulty or doesn’t meet the auction description you can either leave feedback for the donor or lodge a dispute. We recommend communicating directly with the donor using the message board for the auction. Further information regarding lodging disputes can be found by logging in, visiting your won items page and clicking ‘lodge a dispute’ for the particular auction
