Beagle Rescue Victoria Inc. is a registered not-for-profit Melbourne-based charity set up for the purpose of rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming any impounded, stray or unwanted beagle or beagle-cross. One of BRV's aims is to provide beagle owners with an alternative to the pound system. BRV also promotes responsible pet ownership and the benefits of desexing pets. BRV works with numerous pounds and shelters as well as families and single people who find that, at a result of circumstances beyond their control, they cannot keep their beloved hound.
